Following and completing the step-by-step purchasing process on the Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop web site means that you agree with the general buying conditions that appear herein.
FIRST. PURPOSE
The purpose of the following general buying conditions is to exchange the products offered on the Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop web site, in exchange of money.
SECOND. CONTRACT FORMATION
The user agrees with the general buying conditions presented in this text, once he/she accepts and fills out the customer registration form and/or by making a purchase from this website.
THIRD. ORDER RECEIPT, PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price for each product is shown in the product list, product details page and in the shopping cart of the web site. The price and the conditions may change, but the user will receive the price and conditions as dated at the moment of confirming thier order. This applies with the exception of a pricing error on the web site, in which case Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop reserves the right to charge the corrected price if lower.
Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop reserves the right to charge for an order from the moment it is received.
We must be notified of any order cancellations or changes before noon (12.00 o’clock midday) (eastern time) on the 7th day after the order is placed. After this time the ordering process and purchase therefore is considered to be final. During 7 day period of cancellation, the customer can cancel the order with only shipping costs incurred as long as no product or service is used, scheduled or damaged prior to that date. If the order is cancelled prior to this seven day period of time and/or it has been shipped already, Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop will charge the customer for the transport expenses incurred for the original shipping and the return of the item and only the balance will be refunded. any purchases made after 12 o’clock noon eastern time usa on the 7th day following a purchase will be non refundable and final with no exceptions.
All purchases made from Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop must be paid electronically by credit card, paypal or by bank transfer. Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop reserves the right to request a bank transfer when they decide to do so. To know more about transaction safety contact your credit card company. Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop does use VPN connection and 3 layers of encryption for your credit card and personal information security.
Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop invoices are charged in US Dollars at the exchange rate of the day of the shipment. International customers might be affected by a difference of the exchange rates between the moments of being charged by Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop and until this charge is effectuated by the user bank. This typically insignificant difference can work for or against the benefit of the customer and can not be controlled by Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop. As such Scuba Lessons Inc. FOURTH. PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products offered by Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop are warranted. If a product sold by Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop has a manufacturing fault or is broken or damaged during shipping, Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop will repair it with no extra charge, exchange it for a new one. If a replacement or repair can not be made and store credit is not acceptable to the customer, Scuba Lessons Inc. may give a refund if it deems it appropriate in the nature of good service to do so. In these situations, the shipping costs incurred for the exchange or return will be paid by the buyer. The buyer must inform Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop by e-mail within 1 day of receiving the order of any intentions relating to returning a product to ensure the best delivery procedure can be arranged. Otherwise additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
FIFTH. SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs for each order are clearly shown in the shopping cart on the web site and can be seen clearly before the purchase is made and again in the emailed confirmation receipt.
Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop will verify that the payment has been made correctly and then will send the product the following way:
In most US States, you can choose between the following shipping options
1) USPS Priority Mail: express service. All products in stock are delivered to your delivery address within approximately 2 working days from date shipped. Items are generally shipped within 48 hours.
2) UPS Ground: road transport. Only available in domestic areas (mainland, not available in Alaska or in Hawaii). All products in stock are delivered to your delivery address within approximately 5 working days from date shipped. Items are generally shipped within 48 hours. Most of them are done during the next day.
3) UPS Express: Express air service. All products in stock are delivered to your delivery address within approximately 1 working day from date shipped. Items are generally shipped within 48 hours. Most of them are done during the next day.
4) FedEX Express: Express service. All products in stock are delivered to your delivery address within approximately 1 working day from date shipped. Items are generally shipped within 48 hours. Most of them are done during the next day.
5) USPS Regular Mail: road transport service. All products in stock are delivered to your delivery address within approximately 5-7 working days from date shipped. Items are generally shipped within 48 hours. Most of them are done during the next day.
6) UPS Standard: Road transport. All products in stock are delivered to you within approximately 5 working days from date shipped. Items are generally shipped withing 48 hours. Most of them are done during the next day.
If you live outside of USA zone you can choose:
1) DHL Air Worldwide Express: express air service. All products in stock are delivered to your delivery address within approximately 4 working days after shipped. Items are generally shipped within 48 hours. Most of them during the next day.
3) UPS Saver: Express air service. All products in stock are delivered to your delivery address within approximately 4 working days after shipped. Items are generally shipped within 48 hours. Most of them during the next day
Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are considered non working days. If due to any error on our part, the shipping takes longer than indicated, Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop will contact the customer to notify them of this delay and will propose alternative solutions. Maximum delivery times apply only for products in stock. You can usually see on the website if a product is in stock.
The buyer or a designated person must be at the address provided to us to receive and sign for delivery of the package when the package is delivered. If there is nobody there to receive the package, the shipping agency will attempt to deliver the package several times. After this, the package will be sent back to Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop. Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop will refund the money for the product, but will discount the shipping cost. Buyer can later request we re-ship the item instead however additional shipping costs will apply.
SIXTH. INVOICE/RECEIPT
Upon purchase, all buyers will be issued a receipt via email within 24 hours.
Taxes (where applicable) and shipping costs will be itemized in these documents, which will be included in the packaging.
SEVENTH. RETURNS
During the seven days after the package has been received, the buyer can return the product to Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop. The product must be in perfect condition (sealed and resellable) and must not have been used. The buyer must notfy Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop e-mail of intentions of returning the product(s) and for a product return code and ensure the best delivery procedure can be arranged and to avoid having to assume the incurred additional costs. No returns after this date will be accepted.
Valid reasons for returns are:
– The product is the wrong size
– We sent you the wrong product (in which case we apologize) Please review product description carefully before purchasing.
– The product is faulty
Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop will pay the shipping costs incurred for the exchange or return for faulty items only. In any other case, Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop does not assume these costs and they will be charged or are payable by the customer.
EIGHTH. POST-SALES SERVICE
Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop offers a repairing and maintenance service for the products purchased from Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop with the exception of Tilos Regulators in exchange of money. To use this service the user must contact Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop before initiating any shipping or return.
NINTH.
Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop offers all required information about the products and about its orders.
The buyer has to fill out the customr registration forms following all Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop guidelines. Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop will protect all details and personal information in accordance with all applicable US laws. Scuba Lessons Inc. values the rights and privacy of its customers and will not share this information without prior permission from the customer during registration. Scuba lessons Inc. does reserve the right to email special savings coupons or offers to its online store customers.
The buyer has to pay the price of the product with the corresponding taxes and shipping costs.
TENTH. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida and you and Scuba Lessons Inc. Digital Dive Shop irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Osceola County, Florida.

This system consists of a voluntary extrajudidicial procedure that is used when solving any dispute.The judgement by arbitration must be upheld and abided to the same as a judgment by a judge in a court of law.

Purchases are only authorized to those who are of legal age or to minors with authorization from a parent or guardian.

– Always providing truthful information, to the best of our knowledge.
– Not sending commercial information without first pointing out that they are of a commercial nature.
– Answering questions, complaints and suggestions within two working days and, if delayed, contacting the customer to communicate a new waiting time for the answer.
– Establishing an easy procedure for complaints.
– Providing real time information regarding any order when required.
– Scuba Lessons Inc. will respect your right to privacy and will not sell or share your information with any partner sites or other entities without your express permissions. We do have partner promotions and you can opt in or out of receiving these promotions, joining our dive club or receiving future offers or newsletters from us during your customer registration during any purchase.
